BTS Field is an account-based app. Access is provisioned by your organization's administrator. If you need an account or can't sign in, contact your admin or email us at the address above.
I can't sign in.
Confirm your account has been activated by your admin, then check your email/phone and password. Still stuck? Email support.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for BTS Field in your device Settings, and that your admin has enabled the relevant alerts for your account.
Something isn't saving or looks wrong.
Close and reopen the app, confirm you have a network connection, then email support with a screenshot if it persists.
